As a follow-up to my previous post, I have a confession to make. AU (not the real name) actually returned 16 bags and 11 accessory cases, even though they thought (and wrote) that they had returned 11 and 9. I'm ashamed to say that I initially planned to refund only the number that they thought they returned, though I immediately began struggling with that decision. In the end, I refunded the full amount, $298. I'm financially poorer but morally richer, or at least I'd like to think so.
On the plus side, it's been a month and they haven't actually cashed the check yet.:-)
And I've already sold two of the sleeves they sent back. :-D
