Made 2 Wraps yesterday, one vertical one horizontal, just from the paper patterns. And they worked! So now I feel confident to move ahead and cut up the 8 bolts of fabric I have. I think I need to go out to Jefferson, GA, to look at industrial-strength cutters; in the meantime, I'll at least order a heavier-duty version of the rotary cutter I use for quilting.
We now have 3 Wraps good enough to sell. Only 30-40 to go...
